I had a few delays with setting up the account but all sorted now. The entry forms are now available via the website. Just download, fill out the form, send a deposit and notify of receipt number.

Knightrous has sorted out the online entry for the trackday. It is located in the entry form page.
 
Also working on live timing and some driving instructors (based on entries).
 
Hope to see some entries coming through soon.

Just an update.
I have made the flyers for the trackday. Some have been sent to Tassie and some will be sent North and South.
I have gone with Ken's AW11 as shown earlier in the thread.
I offered a free ticket to the trackday at the MR2 Nationals. I drew the ticket with my friend 'stuka' winning the free ticket. Very deserving based on all the effort and generosity provided at the Nationals.
 
 
With three months to go, who will be coming along?  
Even if you can not have a drive, some help in running the event will be well received.
Someone commentating would be a lot of fun so anyone interested in this role will have a lot of fun over the two days.
 
I will be adding a option to enter with a option of a deposit then balance later on. This is to secure numbers to make sure it will be a MR2 trackday.

I'm hoping to take the MR2. If not, the ST205.

Well I'm still securing the funds LOL you'll probably hear from me by mid-December latest. Just got a job a Bunnings so will be working my ass off once induction is over...

Yes, that would be great thanks Aaron. Pat is putting together a document for the website this week regarding the deposit option.
