I am hoping that someone in Perth can lend me a set of wheels/tyres and standard suspension to get my car registered. i am happy to pay for the loan. would need them in about a month as i am still applying for modification permits for other mods.

Have you actually spoken to the licensing centre you are taking it to about coilovers?
 
As I have been over a few times now (for defects, not so much for an unrego'd car), they seem to be alright with them as long as have the proper secure mounts for brake lines (ie no cable ties) and are adjusted to legal height.
 
Alternatively, depending when you need them I should have some available to borrow.

I also have a full set of stock struts and springs as well as king springs sitting in my garage playing with themselves.

Would need them back eventually but happy to loan for the time you need.

I handed in my modification application today. they said i should hear back from them in 2 weeks, so we'll see how it goes
As for the suspension, my car has king springs and the center wasn't too keen on them.
