i made it myself out of a product calle alucabond its 2 layers of aluminium with rubber in the middle. i got it for free off a mate so i thought i would try making it. the car itself if pretty standard at the minute all i have done is slam it on coilovers, upgrade the brakes, bucket seat. roll cage, wheels and tyres. the motor is on her last legs and am planning on building a new motor soon when i find the money. but until then ill just thrash it until it pops

UNREAL!!!! ive been meaning to make a spliter, so many people using so many different materials so yea... thats the best thing about the AW11... u dnt need to spend money on the motor to have a blast in it, i would of done the same, but my motor was the first thing that went lol.... again, nice car, will be watching this thread!!!

Ah nice, I was planning to use DiBond which is pretty much exactly the same thing. Mine will have an airdam as well though.

Been a long time since I've posted a update on my wedge. The car has sat neglected for a while now, but recently been trying to finish it off so I can actually use it. Wide body is pretty much straight from the mould so still requires trimming and paint. Engine bay is messy, but I'm after function not form (plus the engine lid covers it) haha. I'll give that a Spruce up once the body work is done.

All fibreglass finished, front quarters, rear wide body, and engine lid. Getting some jam sprayed on them during the week so should have the car finished by the end of next week hopefully
