Hey mate, i used 3/4 inch adapters as shown by widemr2. Im using heavy duty heater hose for mine with alloy fittings, and i have a remote filler near my intercooler at the highest point in the system, and the hose between the filler and cooler is spiral cored clear plastic tubing - just because it is a quick reference any time i have the engine lid open on the fluid level.

Dual pass cores are 20% more efficient or there abouts compared to a single pass core of the same size.

Ewp80's have 3 theaded holes for mounting. Admittedly they arent as easy to mount as the pump you were looking at (the one you were looking at fit in a fuel pump bracket)

Another good idea with the clear plastic tubing. Just a thought, with the Type 118 being twice as thick would this make it less efficient or harder to cool vs the Type 100? Being dual pass might also negate this somewhat.

I am also now considering changing the inlet/outlet to 1" to increase flow and have less strain on pump, and finding a fill point (cap) to weld onto the intercooler like Dasic1.

I'll have to order very soon to ensure I can get everything and put it together before MTC.

The biggest effect the thicker core of the 118 will have will be on available airflow through your radiator, especially with you keeping your aircon condenser.
