Hi guys, 
I'm trying to use the link on the post

This doesn't appear to work :(

The link to that document is still working Rick, but you have to log in download it.

Thanks for that. The second link works fine.
I think the first link works, buts it's really slow for some reason for me.
I've tried 2 different computers, both internet explorer & chrome, but it's taking ages..
