Bit of an update I reconnected the fuel line and screw to the manifold

But I don't have a big enough hole to fit the injector/temp sensor in so ATM its just hanging down until I decide weather to leave it or custom make a hole

So at this point it's got fuel going in just not picking up the correct temp seems fine for now

Are you saying that you disconnected the fuel line to the injector and plumbed the line directly into the manifold?
So when the engine is running fuel is dumping into the manifold???

The injector does not measure temperature :)

Yeah pretty much what you said seems to run fine
Defiantly better, in terms or power/ throttle response

Also I have an afr gauge it seems to be running a little richer aswell

Yes it would be running richer if fuel was pouring into the manifold at 3bar fuel pressure without an injector or anything controlling its flow :)

Just to check again, you have a fuel line connected to a vacuum hose port or something???

Its not a good idea to have it like that. Either put the old manifold back and connect the injector or plug the CSI fuel line where it comes off the fuel rail (If it comes from the rail that is)

I think the best way
To fix it is to custom make a hole.

Just to verify, the hole I plumbed the injector line into was the right hole,

But I need to custom make a hole, so I can fix it up properly.

No idea how to approach the custom hole, if anyone can assist me?

Can you put up a photo of how you have it connected now?
I am curious to see what you have done?

What do you mean by right hole?

Ill post a photo when I get home,
In about 10 minutes

Well there's a hole in the same vicinity of the csi hole on the old manifold

So I figured it went there but a thinner injector to suit the manifold

Because I can't see a suitable reason for that hole to be there other then for a csi

I don't like doing things dodgy I want to sort this out ASAP so it goes back to the way before the new manifold
I'd like to keep the ported manifold so maybe a custom hole.

If the hole you are referring to on the new manifold to is threaded it may be for one of those screw in filter things for vacuum line to connect to?

But yeah put it back the way it was. Most likely a fire hazard the way you have it now.

Ahh that makes a lot of sense.

Can I custom machine a hole into the manifold? Or not really?

Also am I able to bypass the csi unit, and delete it completely ill do some research on it, but if any can help me out in custom making a hole or even deleting it that would be great :)
Thanks so much mate you have been a great help
Ill get that photo soonish

If you get the jdm fuel rail to suit, then it won't have the feed forthethe csi.
