I bought some new cut and polish a while ago when I resprayed my car, the paint we used is 2 Pak Gloss Black without a clear coat. One of the problems is I have light scratches all over my car from taking my car too a car wash, and the brush must have been a bit to harsh on my paint (I did spray the brush with the high pressure hose). So would you guys recommend using the Kitten Cream Cut & Polish No.2 or I go and buy some polish.

Polish will only get the lightest of light scratches out, if not make it worse. Give it a buff with the cut and then use anti swirl if you need. Why didn't you use a clear? Another option is to lightly sand the car back and spray a few coats of clear over, will look better and make the paint last longer too.

Your best bet is the cut and polish though on a  black car its very hard to take small cuts out of the clear coat by hand. Give it a try starting with a small area, if it doesn't work out you can always give the car in to a good detailer to take out the swirl marks. Mother's has a random orbital buffer that is suppose to be good. It's sold as a "Wax Attack" kit or something.
The brushes at those car washes are very risky to use, any dirt particles and it will cat unt the clear coat.

When using a 2 pack paint you don't really need a clear coat plus i'm on my p's and i think it's smart to keep it that way so it's easy to repair. I have this cut and polish and might just give it a go and if i have to I will go buy some of the anti swirl. If not i'll have to contact my mate who owns the paint shop I painted my mr2 at. Thanks guys never going to a car wash again i'll just do it at home haha.

Lots of help on the internet, though essentially you have to remove dirt from the car without rubbing it into the soft finish.
Once the car is clean you can polish and keep the surface. Two buckets are the go.

being a black car is the worse colour to own .. yes it will show scratches after the first wash . i hated working on black cars at smash repair workshop. 

the only thing you can do is use the twin buffer with soft padded and buff away lightly.

its a good idea to get clear coated but i dont understand why you didnt op this clear coat.

anyways, a good cut and polish is what id do to get the switls out, you can do it yourself if you have a random orbital or dual action polisher , bit better if you have a rotary polisher AND KNOW HOW TO USE ONE. otherwise you wil do more damage than what your trying to fix.
 
using a polishing compound with silicon in it will mask the scratches for a while, and then they will re-appear, try to get a polsihing compound that VOC free, its safer for you too.
 
when washing at home use the TWO BUCKET METHOD.
apply a good sealant synthetic or wax is your choice which will keep the car in a better condition.
