At what revs can you start to feel some boost? I don't mean full boost...

4000? maybe ?
depends what you are used to as for "feeling it"
4500 is when it begins warp drive.

but its good like that because it means its very well behaved and easy to drive when you dont want to go really fast. its quiet and comfortable, and there is no drone from the muffler..
its really nice to drive.

impressive parts list!!
I've been in the car myself, the car progressively builds power all the way till 8000rpm, even after 7000rpm the car keeps increasing power (its like a turbo vtec lol), unlike other turbo cars I've been in which run out of puff not long after coming onto boost.
Perfect for the person who wants a tame car to drive around town with lots of power on tap when you start to rev it out.

Thanks guys, yeah its really the best experience you could hope for in a fast car.
enough to blow ANYTHING away at the lights or keep up with ANYTHING on the road.
but drive it normally and you will get 400km to a tank and it is quiet and legal and comfortable..

I would really hope it goes to someone on this forum to keep it in the family.

(Only) two times the power (not 3 ;p)
Interior looks great.
Can it take 17inch wheels with the brakes?
