What a great day I am having, honestly it could not be better.
I come home to my car, noticed it had been blowing a bit of mist and water out, suspected it was just simply moisture, but then I see milk in my oil cap
I feel like this is the AW11 all over again, but only worse. My source of enjoyments is nearly undrivable now as I feel the gasket could let go at any stage and leave me stranded. The feeling of sadness after all this hard work, painting, rebuilding and planning only to be let down by the motor. I knew it was never going to last much longer but I was hoping it would hold out for another year till I was on my opens and could legally drive it with the v6 swap.
Now I have some fantastic decisions to make:
1: change head gasket.
My fear is that the head will be screwed beyond belief, and the bottom end has developed a ticking
2: buy a standard 3sge to put in
3: swap v6 and drive it illegally
4: buy a beams and swap it in, legal for me to drive
At this stage I'm leaning towards 4
But yeah, this really ruins my plan. majorly.
