Tiff_lee:-

I do still have RX7 brackets available, but will have to have hub rings machined up for a single set if you were keen to purchase.

The brake discs can be quite expensive to purchase as they are off a special edition FD RX7.

Please PM me if you have any other questions.

Thank you for your feedback, as you say this is bang for buck and speaks for itself.

Hi Ben, as mentioned previously only R32 GTST, 300ZX callipers are suitable for this conversion.

I have some questions about master cylinders.

Firstly some background info:
I have a gen 2 turbo and even though I installed the front and rear big brake kits, I haven't changed the master cylinder since I owned the car. It's possible that the previous owner did change the master cylinder, because the car came with big Wilwood brakes on the front and gen 3 brakes on the rear (which have since been changed to the DeltaV kits front and rear).
I've always been used to the pedal feel with my brakes, so I've never been fussed about it, but I think the pedal is spongier than average. One of the guys at MRC also said that my brake pedal feels a bit too spongy for his liking. This got me thinking about the master cylinder.

I have no idea which master cylinder I have. It only has these markings on the front:
"W8
OD27"
Does anyone know what those marking mean, or does anyone recognise them?

Also:
What's the bore size of the early SW20 brake master cylinder?
What's the bore size of the gen 3 SW20 brake master cylinder?

Thanks!

Hey Rob,

OD27 may be an indication of 27mm - 1.06inches?

I know my pedal is spongy to start with then gets firm, reasonably quickly
