Ok, I forgot to update this thread title but this is definitely confirmed.

We were originally planned to go to York but due to some work going on that way that map has been put on hold.

Route been altered but all the key times remain.

Planning on stopping for lunch around 11:30 - 12:30.

As for the BBQ, 99% of stuff has been sourced. The day before cruise, anything that is not purchased I will go out and buy.
Incase its to much of an issue of bringing something, everyone else is more then welcome to still attend for a feed and drink for $5 (all money acquired goes into organising similar events)

I intend on getting my hands on a small gas BBQ today which I will take along today just in case the BBQ spots are full on the day, when practicing the last week, one BBQ was cordoned off and the other was busy.

Do we have any reasonable numbers in total of people coming (I.e passengers included), this just helps everyone for catering?

I will probably make a trip before cruise and pick them up unless anyone else jumps in at last minute.
 
I have gone ahead and bought some napkins, paper plates, plastic cutlery, drinking cups, cooking oil  as I forgot they weren't on the list.
 
Unfortunately I made route to end at Midvale to watch the afternoon session at the TrackDaze Speed Dome Event - but as that was cancelled I am trying my best to alter the route.
 
As the map stands, its about basically the same length as most other ones (just under 2hrs of driving time). I have allocated 3 BBQ spots and will play it by how busy they are on the day.
 
 
 As per usual I will post my number in the first post on the day/day before  of the cruise.
