Looking at a set for my MR2. Can anyone tell me what the outer diameter of the spring is where it comes past the wheel? Space is certainly tight and I would like to confirm fitment before purchase.

Thanks Nik,  for your last couple of posts, which confirm my suspicion about the BC spring rates 5&8 being too stiff for road use. I have been reviewing other spring rates (xls attachment from another thread on this forum) and none of them are anywhere near 5 & 8 Kg/mm.  Stock are 2.3 and 3.75, and the 6 aftermarkets which vary significantly but average around 145% of the stock values.
 I spoke to the BC dealer in Sydney and he said I can order them with different springs at no extra cost, so have to decided to 4/7 kg.

Just curious if you ended up going the softer Spring rates and if so what your opinion of them is?
I have been looking into getting a set of swift springs for my BC's and may go the same rates, but swift also say their springs do improve ride quality even at the same rates as what I'm currently running.
Anyway curious to hear your thoughts?
