I managed to remove the failed crank pulley. I unbolted the right-side engine mount and that wasn't enough, so I also lowered the rear sub-frame and unbolted the exhaust mounts.
The crank pulley bolt itself was also very difficult to loosen. I had to do multiple attempts of the starter blip trick with a breaker bar wedged against the ground, followed by many consecutive seconds with my very powerful 18V Makita cordless impact wrench.

Did you do this on hoist or driveway? It wasn't too bad for my car on the hoist and the engine mount was sufficient but maybe thats because everything was hanging. Glad to hear you got it sorted, that bolt is held in there with the power of Zeus. Mine would not budge for anything less than high power air tools.

It was the first job I tackled in my new single lock-up garage.
My kirkosaurus torque mount inserts would've reduced how much the engine dropped with the side engine mount removed.
I just completed the whole job, pending a test drive tomorrow. I also took the opportunity to do an oil change while the car was up on jack stands.

Just an update on the Photobucket situation.
For those of you who aren't aware, there are now plugins for Chrome and Firefox which allow Photobucket images (embedded with the [IMG] tags on forums) to be viewed normally as before. This is very fortunate, because I really CBF fixing all of the photos in this build thread!
This is the plugin for Mozilla Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/photobucket-embedded-fix/
This is the plugin for Google Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/photobucket-embed-fix/naolkcpnnlofnnghnmfegnfnflicjjgj
You may need to do a hard-refresh by pressing CTRL+F5 so that the missing images become visible again after installing the plugin.

I took my A2W intercooler back to my welding guy last week, for yet another modification to stop my intercooler piping from blowing apart after extended periods at 30psi of boost. This will be the end of it, I swear haha.
While the intercooler was out of the car, I also got him to weld on a bigger filling/bleeding point, so I no longer need to use a syringe to top up the intercooler with coolant!
