For one part to be sent to Australia by the UK Royal Mail without tracking would cost £25.00.
 
 

if we take the no insurance with tracking the value wont matter will it? Can't Marty just say the value is less than $1000 and we wont get tax?
If you want insurance then the value is important and we'd more likely pay tax right?
 

Valid points...  I guess its individual freight or group freight without insurance...

I'm still waiting for my "with insurance" price, after all this waiting for what is a relatively expensive part, I personally don't want to risk it.

Personally I would go for the group shipment with tracking. The tracking will keep you informed of where the parts are on their journey.

How much is it to ship individually with tracking?  think this is the best way to go about it.

Marty, I understand how tracking works. 
This group buy has left me feeling very uncomfortable and I would feel much better know that if for any reason my part doesn't make it here I would have the option of getting my money back.  Unless you can personally guarantee the part will make it and put my money up for refund if the part doesn't make it.
 
To the rest of you guys, sorry to be a pain but all doesn't seem to be 100% to me about all of this at the moment.

5SGTE I understand your concern and I still intend on getting you a price for insurance. I will not personally guarantee the shipping as that's why we are waiting on insurance prices. I can assure you that nothing underhand is going on here. All I am doing is relaying information to you.

I was hoping to have these sent directly from the manufacturer to save you guys some money.
 
To have them sent to myself (Ireland) would cost around £20.00 UK.
 
Then if I was to send a pinion upgrade part to one customer from Ireland with tracking and insurance would be €30.00 euros + 1/5 of the £20.00 = £4.00 = total around €35.00.

So that works out to be $44.76au for peace of mind. Works for me.
