After being told by the organiser for 2017 that it's best I don't come, I feel like I have been stabbed in the back. I will continue to work on SMP as the replacement venue where the event will not change from the track day challenge.

Those of you who were at Wakefield Park in January 2015 will remember Geoff's demo laps in the very quick Nissa racer. And a few of you were lucky enough to do a few laps with him in 2016. Geoff has kindly offered to help out both those new to Wakefield Park, and also the not so new, with a few laps of incar driver training at the MR2 Wakefield Park Challenge in January 2017. We plan to incorporate this on the first day to provide maximum benefit to participants and hopefully before too many have to call on Geoff and Paul's mechanical skills. Because opportunities will be limited preference to requests will be given to participants in order of registration.

Can anyone give me an idea of a respectable time for an AW11 S/C around Wakefield Park? I'm more familiar with Phillip Island: any times available for there?

1:13 - 1:14 is pretty respectable.
Most beginners will drop a time in the 1:18 - 1:22 region however.

Bang on, I think I started off around 1:22 on the first session on the full circuit and cracked 1:19 on the 3rd day earlier this year (AW11 NA).
