Ok i am a bit confused about this whole flex fuel thing with the link g4 extreme.
Vipec say that you can connect up the flex fuel sensor and tune it on either 98 or e85 and it will change as per ethanol content and temperature. Proefi 128 seems to do the same thing.
With the link G4 I believe you have to tune it both on 98 and e85 and then overlay the maps based on the ethanol content.
Is this something that is different between the Link and Vipec, just that I thought they were almost the same thing with a few changes, but the price difference is roughly $600 - $800.
Also I see that the adaptronic can do the flex fuel setup now, not too sure how their setup works just yet though, and I read Haltech are in the process of doing it to other ecus apart for the platnum series that already has it.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
