Know the feeling dude, fortnight ago I pushed the autodub from under the carport and gave it a bath to get the 6 months worth of dust off it that settles under the car cover.

When I covered it again I forgot to do up the ropes, so a week ago wind blew the cover off. Torments me every day I open my front door or pull into the driveway. Even my 20 month-old daughter gives it a lot of "ooooooh, aaaaaahs" whenever she sees it, and sometimes wants to go have a sit on the drivers seat and pretend on the steering wheel.

Missus finally starts her grad job next week so funds will accumulate to get engine rebuilt shortly! Also likely my GT is going back to it's previous owner next month, so might even have enough for a new set of rims, or pay to get my teardrops restored.

Well one month later, I'm still looking at (and too, getting tormented by!) my AW11.. just sitting there.. unregistered. <_<

Leading by example! Keep up the great great work man. Lil reh looks fantastic, it looks as good as its story is long! Thoroughly inspiring.

Good to randomly bump into you in Carlton a few weeks ago.

Looking forward to having a good look over the car sometime, hopefully registered!

I'm off to Japan in a few days for 3 weeks!  Will keep an eye out for adubs.

Cheers,

Since they are Toyota optional accessories, there will be a part number but good luck finding it, or even being able to order replacements.
Head down to a specialist rubber place or shop that sells roof racks/towbars etc. and see if either don't have something similar that might fit?

Agreed we need to see more progress RdS! Before the weather starts getting colder and working on the car becomes less likely.

Are they racks for targa or hardtop version? The rubber feet are different depending on the type. I can check if they have PN's if you let me know which. But as pointed out you have buckleys of getting them new.

Just pulled one of the front rack rubber pad, and no markings on it whatsoever. seems to be the case for a lot of the accessories.
If it helps, I can take a bunch of pics/measurements of the rubber pads. Let me know if it'd help..
