I'm having a CroMo flywheel made for my 2GR conversion.

Price is confirmed at $770 plus postage costs.  You will need to supply a 2GR flex plate to serve as a donor Ring gear.

I'm sending them down a 2GR-FE flex plate so that the design can drawn up and for the ring gear.
They wil be made to take the MR2 Turbo clutch.
There is no end date yet.  Just post up your interest.

Other current options include the Fidanza and Clutch Masters Alloy flywheel for roughly $450 depending on where you get it.
Toyota Currently has one new 1MZ flywheel in stock for about $800 depending in which dealer you call.
I have had no luck with any wreckers on used 1MZ flywheel.

I specifically want a ChroMo (4130 Steel) flywheel and am happy with the $770 price tag.

Thanks for the update. Unfortunately too expensive for me though.

Clutch masters has a alloy flywheel available. Have you looked into that option?

I would prefer not to use an Alloy one.  (I have no logical reason for this though)

I'm running a fidanza aluminium flywheel. Has been in the car for two years and have had no problems with it. Weighs 4.08kg and makes the 2GR very rev happy. It gets a fair bit of abuse as well.

Currently available for $339USD (Around $430 Aussie) from Monkey Wrench Racing.

Can do anything, so long as we have either a sample or accurate measurements.

I can send you a stock 2ZZ flywheel, if that'd help?

Note that 3VZ-FE flywheels also fit. These come in 1990's Vienta Camry's which you'll find occasionally at the wreckers. There are two currently in Melbourne wreckers at Pick a Part and Jolly U Pull It.

I'm running one in my car, along with a hybrid E153 / E53 gearbox.
