Teaser Shot

Work Meister S1

17x8 +30 - I will be resusing the 215/40 tyres
18x9 +31 - Currently have 245/40 tyres which I will use

Test fitted the rears and fit well, will be attempting some more guard bashing/rolling so I can keep the same ride height.

Installed a basic stereo including a 12" Pioneer Sub - purchased from just_ace (after removing the factory sub), Pioneer Headunit and some 6" component speakers up the front. I left the rear speakers as they were - appear to be little factory tweeters. I am actually suprised how good it sounds considering only the sub is running off an aftermarket amp. I just put it down the insanely small cabin in the mr2

I'd put it down to the awesome design and spec of the sub box......i've got some black sub box carpet for it too if you want, Forgot I had it

Cool. Doubt those rear tyres will fit though.

Test fitted the rear and they fit surprisingly well, which actually suprised me (They were MASSIVE tyres!)  That being said, I put them on and didn't drive as I require a set of wheel nuts. Guards are only slightly rolled so scrubbing may will be an issue.

Unfortunatelyturns out one of the front has a buckle - Will get that sorted tomorrow and put them on the car.

Didnt know until I purchased them, but these are only one piece wheels....?

Mr Mag actually out sources the work to another company. and AFAIK then take a mark up on top (All business Eh?)

Anyway taking it directly to the the repairer (Gibbs St Cannington) and should be able to get fixed for under $100...

Fake Work Wheels Hope not! Any tips to distiguish them?
Would still happily where them though, its not like this car will ever see the track....well it often does, but doesnt get further then the parking lot!

Oh, sorry, its Alliance Rim Repairs, or something like that.  Thats the one I was thinking of.  They used to be on the very west end of James St near the freeway a few years back, not sure if they moved.  They used to advertise on the car shows on channel 31.

Cheers
