Get one of those tyre repair kits.

Small air compressor might be handy also.

Righto. Packed a Tool Kit and it hasn't taken up as much space as I was thinking.

So Tools I chose:

I purchased the little plastic toolbox from Bunnings for a huge expense!. ($4.98). it's only 330mm long but fits pretty much all the gear.

Box Packed:

altogether it doesn't take up a lot of space. But I'll install some U bolts into the floor of the boot to hold the kit down while driving so it's not flopping around for the duration of the trip.

I'm feeling confident about the kit. I may add some more cable ties though. in case I hit a skippy.

Cheers.

Yeah i have a few but im trying my best to keep the tool selection to items that fit in that little tool box. Main reason im taking pry bar is to get metal work off wheels in the event skippy decides to give my car a panel beating job. Last trip out i went to gold coast and hit 9 roos. But this time i dont have a bull bar haha.

Let's hope that this thread and tool kit have been a giant waste of time and money and that it gets to stay in the boot for the entire journey

Wonder if those roo whistles might be an idea for the few bucks they cost.
