I think dads eyeing off an na6 mx5 and doing a turbo swap into it, with 200rwhp and a light chassis it should also a fun car, and gives me more reason to stick with the n/a mr2, i think the general consensus is that the sc a-dubs are good, but totally different to the n/a. 

I think I will keep this one on its original 16v, its only done 176,000 kms on it, and I have always pictured a silvertop in a red one :P (Only reason silvertop, is that I can source it more easily) 

Thanks for your input, and ill definatly keep a hold of a n/a a-dub either way!

Gentlemen, allow me to enter the discussion about the SC, and how much fun it is.  Sure, they are heavier - but the supercharger with its instant torque makes it so much more driveable on real roads.  Never mind race tracks or drag strips, the SC AW is just made for your favourite twisties . . .
