Has anyone got a set of drivers side panels they are parting out? Bonus points if its in Melbourne, but Im not fussed.

I may be able to help but I am located in South Australia.
 
I have front fender(Guard), Door(Electric Windows) with everything except door card and switches and a whole rear, including boot etc. 1988 Aussie delivered.
What do you mean by rear quarter? Are you looking for a rear quarter cut?
 
If you are interested you can have a whole car minus front and passenger fender for $1500.00.
