Look great mate!
Great choice on the rotrex supercharger. I would be building something very similair to this if the budget allowed!

350 is your aim, were talking hp at the fly yes??
So convert to killowatts is around 260 at the fly, and then account for drivetrain and tyre loss (17-30%) and you are looking a 2-225rwkw.

if your talking 350hp atw, I am pretty sure you are going to be pushing the friendship with the stock block, in particular the main caps walking around. Tomei make ladder caps, which are a billet plate that goes across each main cap, but i would recommend some kind of 1 piece girdle.
Also have you releived the block at all??, it might be a worthwhile investment for a little bit of effort.

My suggestions may be completely unnecissary, but i thought i would throw the ideas out there. I've seen an unsleeved stock SR20 block hold up to 500wkw for a few years, so anything is possible.

This build is amazing, and as a fellow 4A enthusiast I wish you all the best in getting it completed successfully.
You have obviously spent a great amount of time and resources to put this engine package together, and I am truly envious.

However there is just one little bone I have to pick...

I still haven’t settled on suspension, but I am leaning towards Tien Custom coil overs.

This is not just a problem with your build, but many others I have seen, but WHY do people spend so much on their engines and then decide to buy crap coilovers?

Do yourself a favour and get some Ohlins or Bilsteins made up. Sure you will spend twice the coin but you will also end up with twice the product.
And the cost is tiny compared to a high-hp motor.

If you only want straight-line performance then I guess it doesn't matter, but then why would you start with an MR2?

You do make a good point! I am right now looking at just that aspect of the car. I am getting a quote for teins, but if other setups are available then let me know...

Every part of the car has had no expense spent for quality..

Bilstein would be the easiest choice if you want to source it locally. I'm in Melbourne so I wouldn't know for sure, but there must be good Bilstein shop in QLD somewhere.

Otherwise I would try to get in contact with Jim2109 at the MR2OC forums. He works for Tritek Developments in the UK and he can make custom Ohlins for anything. Apart from knowing his stuff, he also knows MR2s very well so I would recommend him above anyone else.

Internals are very special ... And a bit of a secret :)

Or, seeing as you are based in QLD, even try MCA suspension. They don't have anything off the shelf, but Murray is one of the best suspension builders around. As long as you are only after a basic 2 way adjustable coilover, you should walk away with a reasonable price.

I will swear by the compliance and build quality of these units, and Murray is a master of matching the spring rates to the dampening. I only have a small pic from a set we had spec'd for a customers car, and even with the 850/950lb springs we had fitted, the car rode like a standard car, only sharper.

Are the bilsteins coil avail in overs and are they ADR approved?? Where in Melbourne would you suggest? I have got parts from all over the world, Melbourne is just down the road!!!

MCA might be worth a look, but I would just like to point out that you don't need adjusters, and you shouldn't let it effect your buying decision. Once the damping is right, it's right. Doesn't need to be played with.

Also with any damper you buy, it must come with individual dyno plots for each unit.
If they are adjustable, get them plotted at each click of the adjuster as well. No point in having an adjuster if you don't know exactly what it does.

EDIT: the place in Melbourne for Bilsteins is Quadrant Suspensions. They can definitely supply you with good coilovers but I have no idea if they would be ADR approved. Best you give them a call:
