I just wanted to say a big thanks to Eric for organising the Downshift day, and also to commend everyone who took their cars and made it the success it was. The pictures look great, particularly Spyder's Spyder all polished and shined up. People who knew little about the MR2 couldn't help being impressed by the lineup, and it's displays like these that demonstrate that you don't have to be boring and drive a Skyline like everyone else does.
 
I am sorry that I wasn't able to make it on Sunday, but everyone will be pleased to hear that after what happened on the Night Cruise I have sworn off the drinking. Hopefully this means no more falling over, although I can't promise it.
 
Again, well done Eric and the team, and we will certainly keep supporting this type of event. On this theme check out the new thread on the upcoming All Japanese Day on the 9th of June. With another very interesting activity being planned for the end of June this means that next month is going to be busy for MR2's in Queensland.
