Hi guys,
my name is Chris and I am a friend of Georg who works for the Team Ludwig. I was really surprised when I found out that this car made it's way into an australian MR2 forum! This is so great!

On the 18th of June I visited the team at the Hockenheimring and I like to share the photos of that day with you. It's a phantastic car - when it runs smoothly :-)

This is the link to the gallery:

and this is a short video clip that I took in 2008:

Hope you like the stuff. Best wishes to Australia!
Chris

PS.: Almost forgot. Here are some pics of my MR2:

The car is very complete.
Can you show detail/photo for suspension?

Cheers

Sorry guys,
I just read that I am not allowed to post links as a new user on this board. Maybe your admin can activate the links that I posted.

Unfortunately I have no pictures of the suspension. Only one (IMG_4576.jpg in the gallery) from the strut bearings which are widely adjustable. The suspension is from KW and can be adjusted from inside the car.

Greetings,
Chris

    Thanks Chris,
Did you spend much time tuning all the aspects of the suspension to remove most of the problems the strut suspension has?
I see you still have standard lower control arms. Have you considered the adjustable ChomeMoly system? You can widen your track with the rose joints instead of increasing your wheel offset to gain track which effects yout scrub radius. Also allows you to run more caster with less camber required due to no loss of camber(front) caused by flex within bushes. The rear adjustable lower control arms allows more rear camber which I found a step forward in controlling the rear of the car. AS for weight reduction, it is over 5kgs over all four corners.
It all looks pretty standard from the pic's aside from the KW units. Standard steering tie rod ends, no roll centre adjustment .
Are you running a close to standard ride height?
What is the weight of the car?
    Cheers

    Steve

    @ Steve
unfortunately I don't know the specifications of the car - I just filmed it and took photos of it :-) I know Georg from the german MR2 Forum, where he started to post pictures of the car a few years ago. Since that day i visted him 3 times at race tracks.
But as a photographer I know the Ludwig-MR2 since many years. It used to be white and was kind of a nugly duckling :-) It's exhaust used to spit fire for several seconds everytime they had to break - that was "damn cool"

    This was # 2
