Working as a mechanic at private and dealerships, their 'tune up' is air filter, cabin(i know not for a mr2), spark plugs and oil/filter.
 
But yeah, even with coolant, and all oils that's still very dear.
 
Unless a timing belt change is underway aswell. Otherwise better off shopping around or going to a performance shop as they know what they're doing and about the car.

This is not dyno tuned and no cam belt replacement.
Oil changer&filter,Air Filter,Spark plug fuel filter engine coolant replacement,Brake fluid.brake inspection,engine management system check,cooling system check,Fuel injection service,throttle body clean i figure i am being taken for a ride but i am not getting in that car anyway it is only a quote.

Yeah, based on this pricing, that is a little on the high side.
 
However, many garages here charge somewhat high labor rates.  Things like cleaning the throttle body, bleeding the cooling system and brakes, etc. can take some time, but that really comes down to how thorough you want to be, which can affect the labor cost significantly.
 
Everyone will have had a different experience to the next, so it'd be pertinent to get some quotes from various places, before making a decision :)
