omg, that gearbox is perfect now. im still dying here, but i want to come and see the car.
i have no idea what that clutch is going to be like to drive, but its going to be epic.

Thanks for the links suruk. Will look into these over the next few weeks.
I think I have sorted the clutch clearance issues. Hopefully I will try fitting the box tonight with positive results.
I have attatched a link of footage from Wakefield Park. Its a great example of how 'not' to set up your car.. At least the times were encouraging.

did you get new bolts?

HAHHAHAA that footage was great. i cant believe you drove so well at superlap with that setup.
next time at wakefield should be very different.

It can only be better than that tragic set up..
It was better at superlap as I had the new tyres on the car. The rears that were on the car at Wakefield had a stress crack all the way around the inside of the tyre which was not helping. It was a lively unforgiving ride that day..

The carbon 5.5" clutch is now up and operating, gearbox is also fitted with only a few more nights work till its back on the road.
Looking forward to seeing if I can get below 1000kgs. It will be close!
