Just a warning on Tougedistribution.com. I ordered parts off their site over a month ago, they haven't shipped it + neither have they contacted me why.

Monies were taken out the day i placed the order. They sell parts not in stock & unfortunately not refunding my money (store credit ~ their terms and conditions).

So take it off your list before you get burnt [xx(]

Just thought i would reply to this topic and put the full facts across so you can make up your own minds..

Each item we sell is tagged with a lead time. These are based on historical trade with suppliers.
For the item SX_Corolla ordered it is 7-21 days. 7 being best case scenario; stock at Apexi basically. Also notice the Stock rating of 1 out of 5 for Apexi!

If Apexi had carried stock it would have got put into our Apexi box and shipped out on our Apexi day (a Monday) to arrive with us on the Wednesday.
Throughout that week all items that are either in stock at Apexi or come into stock get put into one box and shipped to us.
This is far more profitable than shipping one air filter by domestic post (500-1000 yen) as soon as Apexi get one in. Then the following day shipping us 2 AVC-Rs at 1500 Yen cost.

We pass all of these efficiency savings on to our customers to keep our prices as competitive as possible.
This is the only way to operate when dealing with over 400 suppliers. You can buy Work wheels from Touge far cheaper than from an Autobacs store. Same goes for Fujitsubo, Kakimoto, Project Mu, Endless and many more.

Many makers shut over the Christmas period (us included). We shut from the 17 December until 4 January. Our staff worldwide need time off too ;-)
Take that into account and our 21 days promise is kept.

Ordered on the 5th (at 10pm so we didn’t process until the 6th), 11 days until the 17 December and now 8 days this side of Christmas = 19 days.

You’ll be pleased to hear that your Apexi filter arrived late today and is in the process of being packed and shipped.

same here , i ordered items from them since june until now the items not yet in hand. they did told me the items is ready to ship out last month just waiting for the courier . we sent 3 emails to them theres no reply until now .. wonder why..
 

yeah, i got it shortly after those posts above. Just keep emailing them, hopefully you'll receive a reply. Worst comes to worst, you might have to call them internationally. they give you a tracking number?
 
Just didn't like the way they operated. If they have time to find & link the buyer to a forum + sign up + post a reply instead of following up on my order & contacting me directly ... massive priority issues
