I'm pretty sure they can apply now. I just recieved a confirmation email saying entries close Friday and the cash has to be in the clubs account by then as well.

So you'd better get onto it if your cousin is going to come. I know the TCCAV was offered 10 spots which filled fast so I'd imagine there wouldn't be many left.
