Hey all,
I was tossing up the idea of replacing my rear wing with a border whale tail or something similiar but smaller.
I was originally going to just leave everything off all together however i still need to see where the end of the car is (yes, i'm still getting used to it)
 
What are everyone's thougts on it?  Is there something smaller that would fit just on the boot?

Db8's duckbill suit? One of the qld blokes has had his car resprayed and went the duckbill, it looks pretty good.

how about "Tom's" wing is smaller enough (no not me i didn't design it)

Not entirely hooked on the scoops though, i like mine better :D

Do you mean bomex whale tail? Border don't make a whale tail ;)
 
There's the kei office "whale tail" style which is a smaller version and is more subtle. Some company overseas does the replica for this. Check out Rico's car, he has one.
 
A bit of general knowledge as well, the smaller tom's wing or so called "duck bill" is a secondary wing to suit the bigger toms arched wing, making the toms wings a 2 piece item.
 
There's something not quite right about the duck bill by itself imo, its too small and kinda looks outta place.
 
And there's always the Gen3 and gen 5 wings which look great.

It was just a thought, i'm still thinking of just leaving the back nice and smooth as the wing just gets in the way of the rear view.
