Sweet Chilli Philly
Hey guys,
Trying to get around to fixing another problem with my 2. Plain and simple, my foglights don't work.
I'm not really sure what is wrong, I removed the foglights and inspected the globes and they look alright, the fuse is there and I temporarily replaced it with another fuse and still nothing, the relay is also there.
I did however notice that my foglight switch doesn't light up. (I believe this is a JDM model and that is a JDM switch.)

I've tried flicking it both ways with low beams, high beams and just parkers and the foglights and the lights on the foglight switch still won't light up. The fact the foglight switch doesn't light up makes me think there is no power going to the switch at all, but I am unsure of how to resolve that. Any advice would be great.
Thanks :)

Is the harness plug from the back of the fog light switch connected? Could be loose or not plugged in.

Multimeter to trace your power and earth. Sprigs is right, look for loose connections or pins in the connection not in place correctly. If that doesn't find the fault, a multimeter and chase the power flow.

As already stated really start from the switch and work from there.  Check power to the switch, then move onto testing the relay.

The problem turned out to be a broken connector to the foglight switch, I've managed to fix it temporarily so we will have to see how long it holds out for!
