Hi all,
 
Have just acquired a set of used BC BR coilovers, however they did not come with the front end links as they usually do.
Was wondering if anyone can shed some light as to where I might be able to obtain aftermarket endlinks that would fit? As from my understanding the OEM links are too long.
 
So far I have only been able to find this ...universal fit..cut it to size;

Also - would you guys recommend changing out the rear oem ones for a new pair? just freshen things up?
 
But I'm sure there are other alternatives that would be better and perhaps cheaper? All opinions/advice welcome!

I've used the universal ones a couple times, and are never an issue. I use ones made by a company called Transteering (they actually look like the ones whiteline is selling there).
They're were available from Bursons, and I'm sure are much cheaper than those there!
as for the rear ones, I wouldn't bother. they should be fine until they're flogged out.. and when that happens, you'll sure as hell hear it. Worn ball-joint end-links knock loudly when their time is up.

I tried to find any other manufacturers (since bursons is closed today), found one called nolathane - they have a similar/same kit for like $91,
I'm really hoping bursons/ the transteering kit will be cheaper ! :)
Was also wondering what tool/method you used to physically cut them ??
 
 
 
 

wind a nut just past where you need to cut the thread, and secure the section that is going to discarded in a vice or clamp it to a bench (if you secure the bit that's not been used it doesn't matter if you damage the threads. then cut it with a hack saw or and angle grinder with a cutting disc. then clean up the threads a little bit with a file, and wind the nut that you wound on before of the end, as this will move any dags of the thread so you can clean any bits you missed.

I've got Powergrid adj endlinks on the front and they're great. Fully sealed THK joint, low friction and up to 50 deg articulation.
