In terms of club events though; not speaking on the behalf of the club, but dates are tentative, and prone to change.
I'd say email the club secretary and ask for some more information you might even persuade them to change possibly. Also, Website details can be out of date.
 
They are here sometimes, i'll see if we can get some more information earlier rather than later for some forward planning.
