I asked the trimmer to call Nolan UDA and they are going to do some research and get back to him
He is currently using Bostik 2701

So it sounds like it's sticking to most of the dash except for a little bit?

Maybe another option if you haven't already stripped the dash is he can use a syringe to inject super glue where it has lifted. Will need to make multiple incisions and just a drop at a time.

I used to use the Bostic 2701 before I changed to the current glue from Vyfab.

The main reason I changed was just because it's a little cheaper, and the sales rep keep pushing me to try it.

So have you ever covered an SW20 dash?
I came across a thread in the UK site Twobrutal where someone had to get their Alcantara dash redone due to the same issue
BTW the suede is Warwick Microsuede, looked it up and it doesn't specifically say for automotive but the trimmer swears by it

Yes I have covered my dash before and are currently trimming the car again. When I first done it I just used furniture suede and it didn't last long before fading.

As far as I know the Warrick is furniture, but I could be wrong. One way to test is get a scrap and put it in window and check against another piece that hasn't been in the sun after a couple of months

The pictures are from when I first finished it

Have you had any luck with this?

I got the runaround with adhesive suppliers so gave up with that idea as my trimmer recommended a guy that could epoxy coat it
Got it back at the trimmers now getting redone so hopefully this time is sticks

I know it's too late now since you had it epoxy coated, but are silicone based adhesives an option? They don't have a very good mechanical bond but they stick like anything.

Part of the problem was the cost of the adhesive, it was into the hundreds of dollars for the amount needed to cover the dash and centre console.
It cost $100 for the epoxy coating
