I just got confirmation that I'll be moving to an awesome apartment block in Strathfield on the weekend.
I'll be nice and close to Rhodes for the future meets.
The best thing about the move is that I'll finally have my own lock-up garage...something that I've been dying to have for ages!
Is the carpark low car friendly? IE can you drop your car a bit more now
When I was inspecting the (many) apartments for rent in Strathfield and surrounding suburbs, the very first thing I would check was the kerb...if it wasn't shallow enough, I immediately rejected that apartment as a candidate (sometimes I even looked on Google street view to check the kerb before I even went to the place)

. The second thing I checked was the garage itself and the driveway leading to it. If either of those were unsuitable, I would move on to another place. I got some weird looks from people when I was staring so closely at the kerbs and garages hahaha.
My gf had her own priorities too of course, so it was tough to find a suitable place for both of us, but we certainly succeeded in the end! The complex even has an indoor pool and tennis court.
I got my shallow kerb, minimally steep driveway and lock-up garage, and my gf got what she wanted as well.
So to answer your question, yes I can hopefully lower my car more now...hooray!
