It's not boring! I used to have a boring 600km/week weekly commute. I used a fuel app to try to better my weekly fuel usage. It became a game of hypermiling in the end.
I know right! I'm going to need to set some driving challenges for myself and drive with some extreme self control and delicate foot work and report back on the results.

Wow ! That is quite some comprehensive record keeping. Well done.
Considering your overall route driving (city a lot and a little track work too) it is pretty good which points to a very healthy engine and brakes that are not dragging. Excellent result really. And thanks for sharing.
Plenty of us only record fuel consumption figures on long distance highway running and that is OK. for identifying if something is not correct and needing attention. (A brake slider pin seized, brake dragging, restriction in air inlet, closed loop operation faulty, O2. Sensor). Makes you appreciate the litres flowing through that little fuel filter ?
Your car is always very well presented. Congratulations. Lot of work to achieve that.
I recently rode in a turbo 86 with good quality coilovers and was impressed with ride quality.
Was not impressed with the after market ECU.tune. Absolute rubbish. Ruined a very nice car.
Yes back seat is only for handbags but nice modern car for very reasonable money. I suspect there may be oil surge difficulties with sticky tyres on track. Turbo was limited to seven PSI.so not spectacular but a big improvement.
Thanks Doug. Exactly, I can also use my record keeping and track any improvements from the major service, injector cleaning, o2 sensor replacement etc by aligning service dates and petrol fill ups. I also tracked almost every dollar spent on car related expenses and it was eye opening to see the final numbers after the year was finished... and my car is stock! I don't know how you blokes do it with those modified turbo cars ;)!
I'm on the fence with 86, I briefly sat in Zac's and enjoyed the driving position and seats, but judging from car reviews and peoples comments I would need to spend a few thousand to improve the torque curve. I'm yet to drive an 86 so I can't comment and do any comparisons to my Bathurst.
