we have several 4AG and 3SG heads that are being rebuilt at present. We also now have limited stocks of really nice 1 piece race valves for both 3S & 4AG engines at what we think are sensible prices. Please call or email if you have any interest.

we now have a better alternative than the ridiculously expensive TRD radiator cap. we now have stocks of STANT (USA) caps for $27.50 incl GST but plus post. These also have a safety relese lever that allows you to vent any steam to the overflow bottle. They come in standard 13 lb (90kpa) or 16 pound (110kpa) varities. We use the latter on our race MR2 to stop it continually boiling when we stop. The venting action also makes it easier to bleed/fill the system as you can safety vent then open the cap as soon as the thermostat opens, and gradually add water.

we now have long wheel studs in stock to suit most toyotas. these are often needed when non standard alloy wheels are used with either wheel spacers or taper seat nuts. we have seen several cars where the wheels were held on with only a few turns of the taper seat nuts beacuse the factory studs are too short. Studs are $7.20 each.

we now have stock of the latest cam belts made in Japan for Gates USA. These reportedly have 3 times the strength & durability of their current best belts for the 3SG. Designed specifically for modified and turbo engines. Racy bright blue colour. $115 posted anywhere in Austrlaia. We also stock belt tensioner & ider rollers for all generation 3S & 4A engines.

we have a professionally rebuilt MR2 turbo engine, 1991 version. new rings on teflon coated pistons, bearings, cam belt, belt tensioner & idler roller, block chemically cleaned and honed, new core plugs & water pump, valves reseated, new valve guide seals , head faced etc etc. fully assembled $2300 outright or $1850 exchange. Can also fit it up with rebuilt turbo, manifolds etc for an additional $850 if exchange. Engine comes with warranty.

we can now offer remade/uprated SW20 turbo & NA gearbox mounts on an exchange basis (note, turbo & NA ones are different and Toyota now seem to be only able to supply the smaller NA ones). we have started with the front mount which is the one we most commonly find is broken. We have changed the design to a full circle but used a slightly softer rubber, so all-up, they should last longer. Unfortunately the full circle bonding means they transmit a little bit more vibration, but its hardly noticable. Price is $121 exchange incl GST + postage/freight as required. Other mounts will be remade as time goes on, and we will always do specials like super-hard ones for competition cars.
