Fan shroud group buy (engine bay & intercooler (greddy/ebay))

Alright guys, due to popular demand look at doing a run of fan shrouds for you guys.
 
As mentioned in the previous thread, require a total of 5 paid up people to put the order in.  I will email away tonight to get a quote which I should have at some point tomorrow.
 
Looking at previous costings I would expect cost to be between $160 and $180, its been a few years since I have had some cut though.  I should have more info on this tomorrow after I get the quote back.
 
Powder coating can be done at additional charge.  Used to cost me about $30 per shroud to get powder coated (once again, probably nearing 5 years ago!).  Its much more cost effective if we can get at least a few people chasing the same colour.  Open to suggestions on colours though.
 
This is the engine lid fan shroud to accept 11" spal fans.

Whilst we are doing some cutting, may as well see if anyone requires fan or intercooler shrouds to suit the greddy or ebay intercooler.  I designed an intercooler shroud modelled off the original greddy item that was on my car (which had bent and broken).  This shroud seals the intercooler into rubber side inlet which ensures all air that enters the air inlet actually makes it way through the intercooler and not around it.  I expect these to run around $25-35

Third item is a fan shroud for the greddy intercooler.  Designed to make use of a 9" davies craig fan.  Mounts onto the mounting tabs that the original fan mounts to.  I am not actually sure I have any pictures of mine, as I never actually used it.  I had installed a W2A before I designed it.  Vaguely resembles the ATS racing item however designed to accept a davies craig 9" fan instead (easy to source locally).  I expect these to cost $60-70.  Includes nutserts fitted to mount fan to.

I ship these in a timber frame w/ mdf sheeting either side to prevent damage.  This adds about $20 itself to shipping charge but better than receiving a damaged item.  Shipping itself usually ranges from $15-50 depending if you are in the eastern states or WA or remote location.  Pickup from QLD 4305 is welcome.

We've reached the required people for the order.  There has been a delay on getting the quote, the laser cutter cracked a narky at me about my last order (some stainless parts for my racing car, apparently cost them more in man hours then they got paid for the parts) so they have requested I send files in certain format, etc etc, from now on, so I had to reformat the shroud files.  Will be sending them through tonight and should have a quotation tomorrow.
