buying whiteline swaybars (i know, i know..)

Hey, just wondering where you guys have bought your swaybars from and where the cheapest place is to go. All I can find is about $220-250 range per bar. You guys think this is reasonable or not ?? Also is twosrus gonna be the best spot to get some links? (I'm assuming I'll have to upgrade them when putting the new bars on)?
Cheers

alot of people have changed from the non adjustable trd type to the 3 point adjustable whitelines so i think that says something.

    Where are you located?

220-250 is just rrp. i was gonna do a group buy over here but noone esle was interested, was gonna get them aound $190 each.

i have a TRD rear sway bar, they're nonadjustable, but are ally tube nnot solid steel like the whiteline and so alot lighter.

Dont forget to fit these too.

A 20 mm Whiteline adjustable front bar FTW. Worth the money IMO.

Forget about fitting a larger rear bar too, a waste of money.

The Twos'rus links are good. I have them.

the rear one will do much more than the front one. the weight is in the back.
if you want to stop the body roll you need a much thicker rear swaybar than the piss weak stock one.
    19mm of bendy steel..

I absolutely don't agree with using a stiffer rear bar, for a car using near stock alignment, quite the reverse in fact.

On my car I fitted adjustable Whiteline front and rear bars and tried different stiffness settings. (also tried different alignment settings)

My conclusion was that the car was definitely more stable and better balanced with a stiffer front but a less stiffer rear.

For my car anyway the best combination was 20mm Whiteline front with the thinner stock rear.

BTW my car is lowered slightly with stock struts and Koni inserts.

I think its more about the ratios of the thicknesses of the front and rear isn't it.
    Stock will produce more understeer...
If you wannt hang the tail ouy (not reccomended) you will want more rear..So i guess surok if you have a larger one on the front ur tail will kick out more.
I would get a thicker ones front and back and keep the same ratios of thickness that came from stock..Have the front slightly stiffer.
    Just my opinion..
